great music and great routine. had me sweating but not dying
The entire thing
This yoga studio was very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful throughout the experience!
The new studio is so nice. I think the heat still needs to be figured out as the few classes I’ve been to have been quite hot. Like hotter than 100°+ in the west village and noho location
I had Leah S at 3:00pm today. She was amazing !
It was my first time and i was surprised how user friendly it was
Midtown East has the big box studio feel that the rest of Manhattan's CPYs lack.
The instructor Bella was AMAZING. I can’t wait to come back to her classes.
Everything. The last class I took was so relaxing and challenging all at once. Great flow. My mind often wanders a lot in yoga, but not in this class. It wasn't just the same vinyasa flow you do in most yoga classes. And I loved that it was candlelit, gently heated, and with incense. Just a great sensory experience that felt like a huge stress relief.
Madison is an outstanding branch leader!
Really great workouts and environment! Everyone is so friendly too
The instructor was amazing, the pace of the class perfect and I loved the temperature of the room.
I love all the c classes and I do the 6 AM every morning but we do not like the Friday and Monday 6 AM. We think that should be a sculpt class.
Sabrina’s YogaSculpt is the power shot to my Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her energy, effort and kindness shine through and make me return to my mat each week.
Emi is the best!!
loved class. thank you.
The Rock Center location really surprised me! Very glad I checked it out. The sculpt class i attended had a really enjoyable and challenging flow. Great vibes,. totally recommend!
The instructors, especially Taylor and Lara. They are great teachers and so encouraging. I am still in level 1 classes but I tried a level 2 last week. It still felt too hard. I wish there was a 1.5 class.
Leah was an inspiring teacher!
Great class by Garrett. He had music like Corinne B at Santa Clara Square but sequencing and flow like Aquil C at Duboce. Demoed on all sides of the room, great voice projection/cueing (came across as very natural). His sequencing with backbends and inversion led great into his peak posture (one legged crow) although I thought he was prepping for forearm handstand. Only con was I wish the room was hotter and the humidifier was higher like Ashle Me at Nob Hill. I want to DRIP SWEAT if it’s an advanced C3. Just my perception but it seems like NYC CPY’s are heavily focused with sculpt which blows. Garrett needs to teach at 6:00-6:30 am at the new East Village studio since I live across from it and I’ll take his classes everyday. 👍🏻
Great class ,Beginner's friendly recommend
I absolutely love Makayla's community classes on Sunday. She is great at cue-ing and I find her words incredibly grounding.
Great teachers and the classes are amazing! I love this studio
It’s a nice studio and big room. I liked the LED lights that were added.
Alexis S at the Noho studio is literally the best workout and instructor I’ve ever had. The music the vibes the energy it’s all just perfect. I love her
Mikayla is amazing and intentional with teaching. I always leave feelings so refreshed and renewed.
Mikayla was fun and kept the class fresh and light to attend on a Sunday morning. Loved her thoughts she gave during ending breaths and the bit of core exercise.

Love Core Power. Especially EllyB, Karris, and Madison at Rock Center! Your men’s locker/dressingroom however must improve. Shower hasn’t been working for two weeks. Water all over the floor from dripping. Come on. This is NYC! But otherwise, I am having a great time and improving my fitness.
