The UES location is very nice! The studio and locker rooms are clean and in good condition, as well as all the staff being very friendly and helpful. Especially compared to the UWS location at 70th and Broadway, UES is much nicer. UWS is in need of some renovation and repairs.

There is such a great variety of classes and teaching styles. All of the instructors are so sweet and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I never thought I would like hot yoga but I'm surprised how much my body is taking to it. I feel like I'm getting into shape from going 3 times per week.

Julio in Rock Center location is one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. His cues is clear, his hand adjustments are gentle yet effective. I’ve learned so much from him and always look forward to his classes.

It is the absolute best workout, but also incorporates aspects of overall health I don’t get in any other workout experience. I leave well stretched and rejuvenated.
The teacher was clear and offered modifications. The class was well organized. The studio was clean and friendly. I felt like I had a full body workout!

I came from Indiana for the weekend and the class was very similar to the classes I take at home at a local studio. The instructor was very welcoming.
Staff was so friendly and accommodating! They managed to squeeze me in and Becca was so kind and reassuring!

Wow what a teacher. Sophie Ga ??? Legendary class. So challenging but also incredibly structured while the music matched every section of the sequence — opened the door at all the right times, pushed when needing to push, encouraging, just wow. I go to CorePower 6 days a week in Noho usually and my friend (Ava Altman), who is a CorePower instructor, herself invited me to go to the Flatiron CP because she swears by Sophie Ga and wow was she right. Obsessed is an understatement. Oh and I NEVER leave reviews for anything
