I like the easy, quick access to CLE airport. The drivers are attentive and pick you up moments after you pull into your spot. The sign to tell you what row # to use when you enter isn't working but there was a friendly clerk who told me where to go. Tanya picked me up when I arrived at the airport on the way home and she's wonderful! She had such a pleasant and caring disposition. She insisted on helping customers with their luggage. She even lifted one suitcase into the trunk of one customer so they wouldn't struggle. Tanya really is a wonderful ambassador for your company!

I enjoy being able to park near the airport and have a shuttle pick me up at my spot and take me to my terminal. I do feel like prices have gone up which is…interesting.

We did not have to wait on either end of the ride. When we got to the airport we realized we had left something in the car so we got back on the bus and the driver waited for us to get the item and took us back. All the drivers were very helpful and pleasant.

I appreciate that most of the drivers seem very committed to efficient transportation to and from the airport. I can trust I will get there and get picked up. I have found the self-park covered and valet provide my best experience.

Easy scheduling, quick pick up add up to an A+. My only suggestion is to have better lighting and marking of rows. We came in the early morning and left late at night we just got lucky that we could find our car.
