It was a little confusing when we first parked. Nothing told us to stay by our car and to wait for the bus. Several people were walking around trying to find the bus. Maybe make a note on our reservations to let us know?

The whole experience was great! Having the shuttle come to my parking spot, the driver ensuring that I received a card with my parking space number, the driver helping me with my luggage and answering my questions about the airport in a friendly professional manner, and the easy access to the shuttle upon my return to the airport. As a female traveling alone, this service is greatly appreciated!! My flight returned late at night and I was transported safely to my vehicle without having to walk in the dark through a parking lot with limited security. Very conveniently located to the airport so it only took a few minutes to get there and back. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I LOVE that the shuttle bus picks you up from your CAR and not from another location where you have to struggle with bags to get to. I also appreciate that the driver is willing to help load you onto the shuttle bus AND also will assist in putting your luggage in your car. They are friendly and the wait is NOT LONG once you have arrived at the designated pick up spot.

I did have a noticeable observation when exiting the parking lot on Wed the 25th. I didn't catch the name of the person working the exit. There was a car in front of me. the attendant was chatting with this person for over 5 minutes. The exit gate was UP. Cars were backed up by at least 5 or 6. Keeping in mind, this was close to Midnight. At first I thought there was some sort of issue with getting the person checked out. After a few minutes, I rolled down my window. They were literally just chatting. I didn't see a ticket or credit card or any type of documents between them the whole time i was in line. The car had already been there when I pulled up behind it, and the gate was up. I was going to get out of my car and walk up to the attendant, interrupting their conversation to ask if there was an alternate exit, but didn't need to, as the cars behind me started honking their horns and yelling out their windows. The car then exited.
