Always friendly service, especially at the checkout booth.
We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes for a shuttle to come by for our super early flight. When we came back- there was a shuttle there already, but we were a large group. The driver was very nice & called dispatch to send another shuttle for us. Again, we only waited a few minutes before the shuttle arrived. Great service! Highly recommend.
For the first time in several months, my wait time for the shuttle was about 10 minutes.

I've been a customer since 1999 even though my Gold membership doesn't reflect that far back. I've been with Brian and his crew that long because the service has always been outstanding. overall it's been good since Park N Fly has taken over, so I'm pleasantly surprised. I have a 1 month reservation coming up in January.

As always the service was quick and efficient. My driver Dave C , on my return on the 25th was great and very friendly.
I use it frequently for convenience. But two complaints. The numbers on the spots need to be repainted. Very hard or sometimes impossible to read. Also it's hard to check out when using the bar code scanner on my cell phone. Very frustrating.

Was quite easy we used the valet service we dropped off my vehicle the people working there helped us unload our luggage and place it into the van and off we went very efficient. We came back use the text method that they sent us they picked us up within 10 minutes. When we arrived back to the parking right location of vehicles waiting for us. The most important thing there was no scratches and next are anything on my vehicle. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicle was very hesitant to leave and anywhere but very fantastic experience.
