Your lot is easy to find and the shuttle service is prompt for both departing the lot and picking up at the airport terminal. I especially appreciate the visible signage of where parking spots are available in the lot. Different quality levels of parking (under roof, economy, valet) are also available. You also have wonderful discounts available on the app and pay-in-advance to go express through the exit.

I was met by the staff before I was able to check in and immediately sent to the parking space.
Within a few minutes the van was there to pick us up. On the return trip from the airport, we waited briefly before the van pick us up to the Pay 'n Save parking lot. The clerk by the window was accommodating because I lost the receipt. She processed the information she asked for and out we go departing the parking lot.
