Clean fast and easy

All of the drivers are courteous, funny and ready when I am! I parked just for the day to avoid holiday traffic. I will park there everytime I have to pick up, or drop off a passenger!

This was the first time we had used Park 'N Fly. The information online was easy to understand. I was a bit concerned that the QR code that I received on my phone did not seem to match the QR code that was printed on our confirmation sheet. We were met by an employee at the entrance to the ramp who told us how to enter the facility and where to park. The shuttle driver picked us up immediately. Upon our return we were not exactly sure how to retrieve our car. Again - the QR codes did not seem to match. Another traveler at the airport advised us how to find the shuttle. The shuttle driver collected our ticket and drove directly to our car. The entire process went very smoothly and we would definitely use Park 'N Fly again in the future. We would have fewer questions the next time - now that we have gone through the process once. Thank you for making this part of our travel experience as easy as possible.

Your drivers are willing to help lift your luggage, pick you up from your car, call for you wheelchair. My driver when I got home drove up and down two lanes to help me fined my car as the Frist driver didn’t give me a ticket to find my car.

I like that I car reserve parking spaces in advance, and that from parking my car to being dropped off at the airport is always quick.

On my most recent return trip, the bus to pick us up arrived as soon as we got to the airport pickup spot. I was only just beginning to dial the number for a pickup when you were there.

I can't really speak to prices vs airport parking, as I have never left my car at the airport when traveling for more than a business day trip. I will say that I have not found your prices to be unreasonable, especially when I consider the level of service.
