The two drivers I had were really helpful and outgoing. One was especially helpful in returning me to my car to retrieve my Passport that fell out of my pocket in the car, and then hurrying me back to the airport.

I have used P&F SF for many years. It is very convenient for me coming from the Berkeley area as most of my travel is business related (though some vacations too). Like most people, I have only begun to use the service in the last year due to the pandemic. The staff are still polite and helpful, for example one recent trip it was cold and windy at 6 am and the staff suggested I wait in the small cubicle at the drop off area. That was nice. The last trip a few days ago was as good as ever and the small improvements, not having to put a receipt in the device to raise the bar to get out - is better.

The main concern is being picked up and having to wait at the airport. But I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes which is OK. If you can ever get the shuttles with a better suspension so they don't bounce so much that would be nice. Otherwise, good service. Alex Horne
