Quick and easy! Reserved and paid online, scanned the code at entry and exit. easy-peasy! Since we got in after 1am, we had to call for the shuttle. Maybe we should have called in our way to baggage claim rather than after we got our luggage to cut the wait time-about 25 mins.

What do you like about our services?

Service was efficient and fast. Employees we encountered were very friendly and helped with our luggage. I did notice that I was charged twice on my credit card. I think that might partly be my fault as I was on your web site making our reservation and may have been impatient and clicked payment twice. So there were two charges of $84.45 make on August 15th under my reservation of Name removed. Could you please check this out and refund one of those charges back to my Visa card. thank you! We would definitely use your service again.

Park & Fly is easy and VERY convenient!!! We love the fact that we were pick up as soon as we arrived! Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with luggage! Fatai, driver, welcomes customer with a smile-EXCELLENT customer service!!! The free car wash is a plus!!!
