Being picked up and dropped off by the car and no long walks

The wait for a shuttle at Terminal C was long, >20 minutes. Saw 8 Parking Spot busses before my shuttle came by. Probably need to work on more availability. Otherwise flawless service

Service was great! The only recommendation is maybe more signage in the lots instructing people to stay with their vehicle and the shuttle will come to get you. We didn't realize, so we walked to a more central corner for pick up.

Only for the computer or cell phone literate. Bus pickup from lot very timely, as in the minute I parked there was a bus behind my car. Trip to terminal uneventful, driver assisted with bags on both pickup and drop off (he deserved and received a tip).

Upon return I texted the number on the back of my ticket. A bus arrived approx. 10 minutes later. Driver assisted with loading bag. Dropped me off at my car and pushed my bags up next to the trunk of my car.

Parking was prepaid so all I had to do was scan my reservation icon.

Employees are polite, helpful in assistance of handicapped people by insuring you taken care getting on bus. Very cheerful environment due to attitude of staff

Our driver assisted us in finding our car that we lost. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. The window attendant was equally as helpful in locating our reservation to let us depart. Perfect experience all around.

Easy to schedule and pay online. Very fast pickup service to and from the airport. Located close to the airport- a very short ride.

There is always someone to greet us at entry to help us with scanning our reservation and directing us to the next gate and parking area. Driver is quick to assist with luggage and our check out upon our return is always seamless. Love parking here!
