Great service and speedy pick-up and drop-off. Unfortunately I paid for covered indoor parking and did not receive a space and was pointed to an outdoor space. Hence not a perfect 10.

Very efficient and quick. Like the ease of entering the lot by scanning code and shuttle was right there to pick me up.

Service was superior. Pick up upon return could not have been better and my car was right there when we got to the lot

The service is okay given the traffic area near Midway. I just wish the garage was closer to the airport. We did not utilize the valet parking for our mother who is handicapped which made the trip more challenging when loading the bus.
