The arrival to the airport via shuttle is prompt, and the pickup is also quick and easy. I like the fact that due to the rain, the shuttle driver dropped us off under the roof and our car was right there too so the luggage stayed dry!

Your driver was great that brought us back to the lot, but your guy that checked us out was not very cordial in trying to help us to check out. We didn't know that you had to show your bar code on our phone, so we had to look back through my emails to find it.

It is very easy to reserve online with Park N Fly. Valet is just a few dollars more so I choose valet. It’s so easy to pull up, drop the keys and get on the shuttle to the airport.
When you arrive back at the airport it’s just as easy. If a shuttle isn’t there you just press a button on the app or call their number and they are there quickly!
All the employees are friendly and helpful. I have used Park N Fly four times and haven’t had any issues even if flights were delayed.

Great service. Weird thing. The price is the same per night to get a reservation on line fees are added so I just did the normal parking. I would think you would value a reservation and make them the same price or lower.
