Easy access to the lot from hwy 380. Van leaves promptly for SFO as soon as there are a few passengers. Pickup at SFO is more frequent than it used to be.

Website has improved over the few last years. Easy to book and get detailed receipts. Two Valet cards are provided as soon as I arrive at Park n Fly.

Operation is settling in after acquisition and getting smoother. And this time, instead of having to stand outside and watching multiple buses from each of the other parking facilities pass by before even one from ParkNFly shows up, my bus was right there waiting when I went outside to the kerb. Driver was helpful and proper. Inside staff were also helpful and cheerful, and I availed myself of the free water and coffee.

Wish you had proper actual cream for the coffee though, instead of that god awful powder!

Your shuttle drivers are always prompt, friendly, and helpful. I love the fact that they pick me up at my vehicle, load my luggage onto the bus, and then unload it at the airport. It makes one part of my travel day go smoothly every time! I've been using this lot for years and it's been great.
