Only negative comment I have is regarding the way Corporate handled the Covid issues. Shutting down this facility caused me a lot of issues and frankly none of my sales people will ever use y’all again. Y’all have lost 75% of my companies business. Your decision

Quick shuttle wait times

Driver went above and beyond. Got back to pick up my car and found out I’d left it running and it was out of gas. Driver took me to a gas station for a container. Got gas and brought me back to my car. A disaster turned positive by one drivers kindness.

Well, I will tell you what I do not like!
The driver who took us to the airport was very kind.
The driver who picked us up, was not so kind. When we entered the shuttle, he only could say "ticket", he was not able to say "please I do need your ticket" or "please give me your ticket"!

The other point is that I reserved from Aug-29 to Sept-08 but I was wrong, we needed your service only till Sept-06. I told this to the young man who received our car and he answered that you will credit the difference automatically.
But up to now I do not see this credit on our credit card.

The rest was ok, it's easy to handle over the car, it's good organized to be taken to the airport and be picked up, all the information we needed we received by message.

No waiting! The shuttle was waiting as I pulled in and followed me to a space. Actually the shuttle driver directed me to the aisle. Coming back it was pouring and there was no wait again! Shuttle was there to take me to my car!
