The location and ease in getting to the airport. I am disappointed that I reserved a spot in the garage only to get there and be told that it was full any I needed to park in the lot. I have not checked yet, but I hope that my bill was adjusted to cost difference.

The drivers are so professional and courteous! The service is efficient even after midnight! I called number per instructions because I was in that time frame and figured it would be 45 minutes before someone came. I walked out of baggage claim door and there sits our shuttle! I’ve taken my car and parked at 5 AM and the service is just as great in the dark , in snow storms, as it is on sunny days! I would never park anywhere else!

We love Park DIA! For years we parked in the 'regular' DIA shuttle lot. A lot of waiting and driving around the lot. We decided to try a commercial lot and found Park DIA. I could pay online and make sure I had a spot. The shuttle is always right there to pick us up and deliver us right to our car. And the lot is right off the E-470 so we don't have to drive on Pena Blvd with the traffic. This is now our 'go to' parking lot whenever we travel.

Quick and easy service. Very friendly drivers! The bus showed up in quick fashion with a very pleasant driver who was extremely helpful to all of the passengers.

They picked me up and dropped me off right next to my car. My final balance was a few dollars more than the amount I pre-paid and the attendant waived the final charges. The drivers were very nice and I feel terrible that I did not have cash on me at the time they dropped me off at my car.

Very nice and easy to park and go, however, last two times I rented this year from you, the app was not working and that means I don’t get any bonus points for future parking, I hope you find a way to put those points in my account, Email address removed I always park inside.
