The ease to park. Everyone is clear and concise on directing me where to park. I get picked up very quickly for the airport ride. And when I returned, the bus was already outside so I didn't get to use the app for pickup.

Pick up and drop off at the car. Upon arrival and when driver first writes Fisk the parking spot hzve driver tell customers to also either write spot number down or take a picture. In addition our return driver loaded the luggage in our car. We were lucky to park next to the wall giving some shade on the car.

very easy to schedule on-line. i had to do this very last minute (about 8 hours prior to my flight) and no issues whatsoever. shuttle staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. only problem I had was I couldn't find the exit when I was trying to get out of the parking facility. (maybe I was over-tired...ha ha :)

Easy to find parking location, shuttle was right there to take us to the airport and same with the return. A shuttle was waiting at the terminal. Neatly paved/marked pavement in the lot
