Easy to navigate. The shuttle driver guided me to an open parking spot and provided a slip with the parking space number on it. The driver also helps with loading and unloading of bags. While not attached to my experience, I also witnessed the driver assist a disabled individual onto the shuttle while her husband loaded her wheelchair and their bags.
