It was very easy to make a reservation on line. the communication back and forth was everything i needed to know. Getting the shuttle pick up on returning was fast and my car was waiting for me , engine running, trunk open, person ready to put in my bags, and off I went.

It is a safe alternative for garaging my car when I go on long trips and allows me the fastest possible way to get home again. The shuttle service is reliable at all hours and often very helpful with handling my luggage, which is typically larger because of the length of my trips.

Prompt, good communication, and your parking attendant in valet actually put air in our tires after noticing they were low - we had a long drive ahead, and it helped.
