I like being able to book online and love the valet service. There were a few times over the last year or two where the wait for shuttles was taking too long but not on this last trip. Once I arrived and the valet checked me in, the shuttle pulled up within minutes to head to the airport. Same upon arrival. The airport was a zoo and the shuttle was full and departing right when we walked to the curb but there was another one within minutes. The staff is always friendly as well.
