First, I like that your prices are reasonable. I also like that you provide a shuttle. Lastly, I've never had any issues with my car while parked in your lot.

Usually very quick to pickup at vehicle and convenient. I reserved parking for my daughter & son last week on same day at same time. They drove separately. They each had trouble getting reader to read their QR code on entry and on exit but they were able to get it resolved. My son, on arrival, had to move his vehicle in order to get picked up. He had parked in upper end of lot and waited for more than 10 min before moving to another location. Once he moved, he was picked up quickly.

Always courteous and service with a smile. Check ins are smooth and hassle free. The drivers are always fast with pick up at the airport upon return. In the winter our car is always free of snow and nice and warm or in the summer the a/c is on, and the car is ready to go. My family and I always use you guys for our airport parking needs and you don't disappoint. Keep up the good work.

It was easy to set up my reservation. I entered the facility very early in the morning and a van was readily available to take me to the airport. When I replied to the text message upon my return at the airport a van came soon after to take me to my car. The only negative I have is the narrow rows for one to park and exit that spot. This space is great if you have a small car but makes it difficult to squeeze out of a tight spot in a crowded parking lot. Other facilities have more space and I can exit more comfortably from my parking spot.

I have been using Park N Fly when it was Executive Parking when I traveled for business. (almost 30 years!) I have recommended you many times as an excellent company to use.
The last 3 times I have used you was not very good. The first time was during Covid in 2022 and I let it go because of what we all were going through. Basically, my car was not ready at pick up. Same issue was in 2021. I understand that there are a flux of people coming in at the same time, but you know that already.
This last time I recommended my family members to park with you for the great service you provide. 5 new customers! The good thing was ALL their vehicles were ready when they got there. They were so excited! Mine on the other hand was not. They told me it was there. I went out looked again and it was not. I went back in; they told me that they were just bombarded with people coming in. I politely said I know I was just with them all on the bus.
In the meantime, they brought out a vehicle that was not mine. I gave them my ticket, the male and model of my car and again brought a car that was not mine. Finally, after a little frustration our driver Rihn asked me, my car make, model and license plate and brought my car to me.
I pay for a service, brag about your service and then I don’t receive what I compliment you on. I just provided you 5 new customers, and you are on the line of losing one.

I am not one of those people that will give you negative reviews. I didn’t even tell my family what happened because I truly believe you have good service. I just felt after the 3rd time it was time to tell you, my feelings. I am not here to tell you how to run your business, but I do hope you take the feedback seriously.
