The ease of entering the parking structure, the available parking slots, the driver meeting me at my vehicle to get my bags, the smooth ride to the airport, and the pick-up service at the airport when I returned. The process was easy and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in a safe space. I will definitely use the service again and recommend to others. I love how easy and fast the service you provide is. The booking online and receiving the email and text messages with QR codes the day before are so helpful. I’m in the older generation and you make it so simple anyone can do it. The shuttle drivers are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service. I’ve used you all since the 1980s when my dad was still with us.

I actually made an incorrect reservation for Oakland but I was flying out of SFO. Upon paying the $280 fee in addition to the $170 reservation that I'd already paid, the really nice gal at the SFO location called her boss who said I could have a refund for the Oakland reservation. Hoping that it will happen as it's been a bit and no refund has hit my credit card!
Good service otherwise and will definitely use Park n Fly again being more careful to check where I make my reservation!

What do you like about our services?

Everything went as well as it could go. The service was great. The bus pickup was great and brought us to our car in the evening. No problems with leaving our car for the 11 days.
