Just 1 suggestion: When we returned from our overseas flight (obviously exhausted and not thinking clearly), the only document we had for the parking in our possession was the "claim ticket". It would have helped if there had been a note printed on the ticket itself that your pick-up service utilizes the "departing flights" level. We assumed "incoming flights" and it took us 45 minutes to figure things out!

I have been parking my car at Park N Fly for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied with the Oakland site. The cashiers have always been friendly and very helpful at the times I have needed their assistances. The drivers have always been very helpful. I am disabled and need help with my bags. I never had to ask for the assistance with my bags, they have always come out to grab them and put them on the luggage rack. I seen the drivers assist pretty much everyone with their bags. The drivers tell everyone to put the card with our parking spot in a safe place so when they return they just have to give it to the driver and they will take you directly to your spot. I would also like to add, for the last year and half, during strict covid rules, the drivers made sure everyone abided by the rules. This allowed me to feel comfortable and safe to be in the shuttle at the time. I had nothing but supered service and I have recommended Park N Fly to my family and friends. My only issues is the location needs more handicap spaces.

So much better and cheaper than parking at DFW

This is some of the best airport parking services I’ve seen. You park and the shuttle is right there for you to drop you off at the terminal. Fast pickup as well. The midway service is much more convenient than the Ohare service.
