Great service and staff! Communication system was hard and redundant.

After checking our luggage in My husband realized he forgot his cellphone in our Car so we hurriedly went to the area where you pick up the shuttle. There were not many arrivals so the driver took us back to the lot right away and when he saw a shuttle leaving he told him to turn around and follow us since we only have to get our cellphone. My friends were surprised at how fast we got back. We truly appreciate such great service. We didn’t get their names but I highly commend your employees. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It is easy, quick and safe.

Pickup is prompt (as long as I don't use the app) and the drivers are friendly. I tried using the "Come Get Me" on the app and it was at least 40 minutes before I got a text message on my phone (I think it was asking for which terminal I was at). Fortunately, I only waited about 10 or 15 minutes before I gave up on the app and called about a pickup. I had actually been picked up, gotten my car, and was partway home before I got the text message from the app!

I loved the option to prebook/reserve a space in advance and the daily rate was much cheaper! We had a 5:20am flight so arrive to Park n Fly at 4am knowing we had a reservation was one less thing to worry about. Using the QR codes was easy. And the text reminder the day before with directions for pick p at the airport and links to QR code for exit was really, really helpful! Thank you!

I only know about your services through Costco. I trust Costco, so I wanted to give it a try. The drivers are nice and the parking lot is decent. Especially that it is close to the domestic gates. It would be nicer if it would be covered, minimally covered.
