Quick pick up at airport

Easy, convenient and hassle free. It was only moments after we parked that the shuttle was waiting behind our car. The driver/attendant was very helpful and physically stored our bags on the shuttle vehicle.

Upon our return, the shuttle was waiting for us.

It was my first time to use Park 'N Fly on Conley. I will certainly be back and will recommend to my friends as well. The service was fantastic and the personnel friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The one bad thing I will say is that when I checked in the customer service is superb. The Hispanic ladies working at the front entrance as well as the Hispanic drivers were polite, kind and helpful. Upon my return to retrieve my vehicle, I was unfortunate to meet a white lady with short hair. She had to be the rudest laziest worker I have ever met, at one point she even asked me to leave when I asked her for a copy of my receipt and a bottle of water. If it wasn’t for the kindness of my first encounter, I would have definitely decided to not stay with park n fly again. Thank you to the Hispanic ladies who made our experience a very pleasant one. And fire that other lady she should find another type of service for work.

I was using another lot briefly and their customer service was horrible when it came to picking me up at my car to depart or waiting at the airport for many minutes for the bus to come every 20 minutes or so and seeing airport employees jump in front of waiting paid customers was disheartening. Park n Fly Plus are pretty good about the frequency of the bus pickups and dropoff and are attentive to the customer.
