Great location, wonderful employees!

I like the free days that you can earn. However, the parking lot is too small. I don't like when I have a reserved spot but I can't find a parking spot. I am uncomfortable parking my car in an unmarked spot.

Great Service and Location.

Good service. If able to drop passengers at the departure area it would be much better. When leaving the international area, there should be a sign with instructions where to take the shuttle because it is very confusing due to the current airport works

It is very convenient to get in and out of, and everyone was very professional and friendly.

Reliable but the vans need to pull up to the designated load area. people fill the van before the loading spot.

Very easy to pull in and park. The attendant quickly directed me to a spot and the shuttle was there soon after. Also the drivers are very friendly.

I love the convenience. When dropping off, I think there should only be one drop off and load site in the covered parking area. It takes too long to find cars etc...although many of your driver's are really good at saying, get your keys out etc and flash the lights of your car. For uncovered...just drop off on the isles and folks can walk...center and outside...the hunting for cars is silly. they can request car side drop off after everyone else has been dropped at isle letter and color
