As soon as I park my car there is a shuttle right there to take me to the airport. I never worry about my car while I'm out of town because I know the parking lot is secure. And when I return, there is a shuttle available within a few minutes to take me to my car. I appreciate the convenience.

I would let your customers know when they drive in: After you park stand behind your vehicle and the driver will pick you up there to take you to the airport drop off; Keep your space reminder for the return driver to find your vehicle; remind your customers that there is only one spot you pick up at the Oakland Airport (at drop off location); Keep copy of the confirmation of your purchase (screen shot QR Code) for the booth person to verified you paid.
