Liked service, but send the QR code to access the gate for pre-paid parking much earlier than 15 minutes before I arrive to park. I did not see the QR code in my mail and it caused a few problems as I had to access the gate by pulling a ticket.
Send the QR code at a minimum 24 hours prior to my arrival time.

2 suggestions for improvement:
- I parked along the back perimeter fence and there was no barrier between my car/rear hatch and the 7,000 volt electrified fence. Very dangerous (and scary)for your customers if they touch it. You need to put up some kind of barrier so customers and their cars cannot touch the electrified fence.
- Pickup in the lot was slower than usual. Took about 10-15 minutes of waiting until lot pick up.
Since pick up spots have changed At SFO, you MUST tell people the new/only spots. Have used this service for 20 years and will continue to buy no information was provided as to where the (relatively) new international terminal pick up

Location is very close to the terminal. Never have to wait long for a shuttle, either at the lost or at the terminal.
I feel safe when leaving my car for extended lengths of time in a well lighted, monitored area. I appreciate that the driver will assist with luggage, when asked, and always the drop off and pickup locations being at my car. The best hack is the drivers will also jump start your car if needed. 👍

The parking was very organized with workers directing you to your spot. I parked and a shuttle was there to pick me up with no waiting. Fast pick up and trip to my airline. Will be booking again when I fly in 2 weeks!
Drove into parked and bus there to pick us up and went straight to Airport. Flew into Airport walked outside and there was bus. Service was outstanding
