I like that you are picked up and dropped off at your vehicle, and not at a bus stop. Drivers arfe helpful with getting baggage on and off the van.

It works! Everything is digital, the staff are great and it's efficient and cheap.

Got back later than should have (11pm ish), due to the Ol Delayed Flight due to our Jet waiting for some lost Luggage to show up so, we arrived to Cleveland 40 miuites later than should have, thus making my p/u of our Ride from the Snow Rd lot, 40 minutes late. Shared the late arrival reason with the Excellent parking attendant (seriously) and he Said: : "No Problem!"

What an excellent way to end our vacatio, no add'l fees for parking due to a Flight issue. We all Like saviing $$, especially when you've gone a little over Budget on the Vacation Side.

This was our first time using you. It was easy. With the online reservation we just scanned in and out! Drivers were friendly. Had to wait for a shuttle and not everyone fit on it when it came but otherwise a perfect experience.
