Although the airport is far from my home, about 1 1/2 hours in normal traffic, the Park N Fly lot is easy to get to. Also easy to go online, download the mobile app, book reservations and pay ahead of time to save money. I didn't encounter a problem with the process until I returned from my trip and started out of the lot. At the gate, I tried scanning the code on the app, with no success. The courteous lady in the booth also scanned the code with her hand held scanner, then ask for an amount approximately $20 over what I had already paid. When I told her I prepaid, she said it was not coming up, and asked if I had the payment voucher. Fortunately, I had printed off a receipt and had it with me, so I gave that to her, she scanned it and finally was successful in finding my reservation and payment. I'm not sure what happened, and it wasn't a huge issue. It was resolved within a few minutes. I think the story may have been a little different if I hadn't printed the receipt and brought it with me, but I think that defeats an important function of the app!
