I like parking options; don't know where the AAA discount went, but I liked it; booking is relatively easy; please improve app and add area to input either a picture of the parking card (location) or add it manually.

The process to reserve a space online was seamless and the workers on site have great customer service and are very helpful. I will definitely schedule with them again.

Easy booking. Quick pick up at airport. Driver was very attentive, as he realized we left a bag in his bus. he tracked us down before we existed the parking area to hand it over to us. Awesome!

Only complaint: We had pre-paid for parking but then needed to pay all over again (in fact, more $$$) to exit. However, via email communication our duplicate payment was refunded pretty promptly.
