the shuttle is always ready to take you to the airport

Cheap prices, easy to park, VERY helpful shuttle bus drivers - and when I stupidly leave my dome light on when I have an early morning departure, and come home to a dead battery, your crew comes and jumps my battery within 10 minutes. Love that !

We are frequent users of your valet covered parking and love that you are able to drop us off at the airport departure doors. I am somewhat handicapped and choose this service particularly so we don't have to deal with the difficulties and inconvenience of using shuttles. In this respect we have found the service for our departures to be exceptionally valuable. Plus there is the added relief that our car will be in a secured location out of the elements - and warmed up by the time it arrives to pick us back up when we get home.

The service on our returns however has not been so smooth. Upon arrival, we call for a pickup as it is our understanding that with valet covered and courtesy parking, PNF will pick us up at the airport in our vehicle, at the arrivals door. We have had issues with this multiple times. This last time we had to call multiple times and it took nearly an hour for our car to arrive. It was late at night so it sounded like the issue was a lack of staff and lack of staff knowledge of what was expected for the service we paid for. It was also frustrating that while we were at arrival door #1, we were told that our car could only be delivered to arrival door #4 which was a long distance away. Once in the car, the agent was very friendly and we felt bad that they are understaffed, but it would be nice to have this part of our interaction with PNF go smoother .

Staff was professional and very helpful with luggage. When we arrived at the site we were immediately loaded onto the shuttle and taken to the airport.
Upon our return we were immediately picked up from the airport by the shuttle.

We have used your facility twice in the last six months. Both times very happy with the service. Never worried about the vehicle the facility is under 24 hour camera security. The location is located very close to the airport. The buses that picked us up very clean and the drivers always very presentable and kind. We will use on our next hoilday !!

Prompt and punctual!

I liked the shuttle pickup and drop off right at my car. No long waits for shuttle to and from the airport we and the drivers and people at the kiosk were nice. Also the lot looked clean ans safe.

It was the first time I used Park and Fly Plus. I'll use them again for sure. The shuttle services to and from the airport were great. I'm not a tech savvy person and needed help checking in and out. I had difficulty understanding the process. I had three different QR codes and didn't know which one to use. I had to get an attendant each time.

The employees are pleasant , kind and Extremely efficient. In my most recent experience, I received a very nice text from them regarding my retrieval at the airport.
The Experience seems to get better and better!!!!!😃
