Customer Testimonials

Great personal service, including a call and storing my bag in a lost and found after I left it on the shuttle. Huge thanks to Dave and the team.

Park&Fly crew is very supportive and helpful. On the day I brought my car in, the software was malfunctioning, preventing self-parking. So, they immediately switched to valet parking for all with no extra charges. When I returned, I had misplaced my parking stub, but they were able to find my reservation (and car) using my phone number. So helpful!

Shuttle service is very good and very helpful drivers.

Affordable, convenient, and friendly drivers.

Everything went like clockwork- got in the parking lot with my app no problem and the bus was right there to take us to the airport and when we arrived back the bus was there to take us back to our car- Tanya on the return trip was so pleasant and she took us to our car and took our bags to our car- she went above and beyond and so pleasant at 11:30 at nite! Also everything went smoothly getting out of the lot with my app! Great service!

Getting dropped off at your gate

Easy, convenient, fast and inexpensive

Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying their job! Thank you for a positive experience from scheduling to being welcomed at the gate to parking to the shuttle and back again! A job well done and I will definitely return.

very easy directions, everyone is on the ball! when I pulled in to the parking lot a park n fly van was ahead of me and the driver got out and pointed out a parking spot for me AND waited for me to park my car. That was amazing!! otherwise I would have driven aimlessly around. After I got my luggage from the baggage claim I walked out to the curb and a park n fly van was pulling up, the driver stopped for me and I boarded!! I didn't even call for a ride yet!! Amazing again, the driver stopped even though I hadn't called yet. THANK YOU, traveling is so stressful and Park N Fly provided a great comfort level that I didn't have with using a shuttle service. park N Fly is efficient and seamless.
