Awesome business and people
It didn’t take a long time for the shuttle to pick us up from airport when we called. I estimated about 15 minutes which wasn’t bad. Also the driver was very courteous which is great after a long flight
We always used Executive Valet when we traveled, so we were a little nervous with the change to Park n Fly. We need not have worried. We were very impressed with everyone. Park n Fly staff were pleasant, efficient, and quick. I always get nervous when we have any wait on the bus, but I had no time for that. Both drivers, there and back were helpful, and the ticket system for when we returned worked like a charm.
Valet service and fair pricing
Quick, convenient and your people are great!
It's affordable. The drivers were very nice and courteous.
They make sure after your park, the shuttle is ready to drive you to the airport. Similarly the frequency of shuttle buses from airport is high too so you do not have to wait for shuttle and able to get back to your car safely and fast.
Easy in and out. Fast pickup and drop off. Friendly drivers
Quick service
very nice services employees realy help you.
The price is less than USA Parking
Pick up is at car and you are delivered back to your car. We have never had to wait very long for a pick up at the airport. The drivers are always friendly.
Close- safe
Very good service with shuttle drivers and keeping our autos safe!
Convenient, efficient and drivers are very helpful!!
I guess I'd have to say after parking with you for the past 7 years , I'm a bit confused over the procedures that are coming into place with the new self park option and the valet setup. But I'm sure after several parking appointments I'll figure it out.
Convenience and reliability. And close to the airport.

Efficient, quick, convenient
Low price, easy online reservations, easy QR code check in and out, good shuttle service
The convenience of parking our car near the airport and their shuttle service to & from the airport. They picked us up by our car then dropped us off at our car. No hauling luggage across the parking lot to or from our car. I definitely recommend Park n Fly!
Fast, courteous pickups. Valet service. Indoor parking option. Perks for repeat parking.
Best parking in town
Convenient parking lot with shuttle to OAK terminals: courteous drivers load luggage on/off shuttle.
It was so easy and convenient! We made a reservation ahead of time, parked and were picked up by the Park 'N Fly shuttle right at our parking spot and taken to our terminal at the airport. The return process was just as easy. We used the app to request pickup at our terminal and could even track the shuttle locations as they were driving so there was no wondering when one would arrive. It was a short wait, and we were dropped off right at our car.
