I like everything about Park N Fly. Placing an online reservation was easy because instructions are clear. When I arrive at the PNF lot, I was given directions on which row to park, the shuttle bus came within 5 minutes, and I was taken to my airline carrier - An extremely smooth process. I tend to get a little nervous about traveling, and PNF is stress free!!

Easy to leave the car and it was under cover on our return during a rain storm.

What I think you need to do is let a client know the procedure on the return pick up. I called the number but being hard of hearing I did not understand
“Go to your message box”. I had expected to talk to a person - not do things digitally. Also let us know what stop is your pick up point. We nearly missed the van as we were waiting where we have picked up the LAZ Van when we stayed at a hotel.

The only issue we had was on the outbound trip. We did arrive early morning, however when we arrived there was a bus facing the entrance. We assumed the driver would pick us up since the bus and driver was facing the entrance. However we had to wait about 10 minutes and realized no one was coming. My son had to walk in the rain to go get the driver. The driver must have been asleep in the bus. Then he didn't even to offer an explanation or help us with our luggage until a made a remark to him.
