quick and friendly
Good location decent prices
Prompt friendly service
The efficiency. The only thing negative is when the cars are lined up for pick up we had a family in front of us who could have easily moved to the side to rearrange everything and everybody in their car. They were in the very front and preventing all the cars behind them to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes. It resulted in having the cars back up go around the cones and then the car behind us actually ran into the pole holding the carport up. I think if there was a monitor who would direct them to the side it would prevent this. The customer was pretty abusive when we suggested this.
Convenience. Speed of service. Efficiency.
