Customer Testimonials
Everyone is very friendly and there’s always a shuttle ready to take us to the airport from the lot.
But the last two times we’ve flown, we’ve had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the shuttle to get us at the airport to bring us back to the lot.
Pleasant staff and frequent shuttles. Couldn't ask for more.
Dependable, pleasant, helpful
I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle. The driver was courteous and helped with our luggage. I will use for future trips.
Picked us up at car after we parked. Friendly driver. Quick pickup from airport.
The drivers were so helpful. I had three kids and way to much stuff. They were so helpful getting us to and especially from the airport.

Very quick, easy and affordable!
The app is really good
Prompt, courteous. When we got back to our car it wouldn’t crank. An employee came to us and jump off our car. Great customer service.
Easy to locate and payment is straightforward
Frequency of the shuttles to and from the airport.
Pick me up right from my car, dropp me off right at it, no wait times, and drivers are phenomenal!
Ease of use, availability of shuttle at 3am, availability of shuttle at 10pm. Went into this with mixed expectations, left with a future travel partner. Will never travel w/o Park'N'Fly again. There was no stressing about "taking off in XYZ terminal but landing in XYZ terminal" and having my wife wait in the cold, alone, while I went to get the car. Park'N'Fly takes care of all of that. Fantastic experience.
Easy to use, dependable and friendly service!
Reasonably priced, great service, friendly staff
