Super convenient and great discounts if you use frequently. Highly recommend! Only problem is-not very conducive for elderly travelers who require ambulatory assistance. Drop off area is also pretty far from airport check in.

Parking was easy, shuttles were quick, and also I had troubles with my flight home so it was nice not to have to worry about rebooked for an extended parking time but instead just paying the extra bit of time from what I had reserved.

I had trouble when I arrived with the check in. I had prepaid and the paper didn't seem to scan since the gate did not open after several attempts. I tried to get a ticket but nothing came out. I scanned the paper again and then the gate opened. Your staff is wonderful, your drivers are extremely courteous and helpful. When I checked off course there were issues since your system said I'd gotten a ticket. Your staff was extremely helpful and straightened it out after a lot of trouble on her side but was extremely friendly and courteous. Your staff is to be commended !! Great job on their part.

ease of parking, getting picked up from my car and dropped off.

However this last trip the shuttle took longer than normal to pick us up from our car and it was quite cold outside. Similarly, the shuttle did not pick us up from terminal 2 for a long time. We probably waited almost 40 minutes for a shuttle to arrive.

The drivers are always helpful and kind. It makes parking at the airport so easy and always on time.

Entering and exiting the parking lot was simple. Shuttle to and from the airport was timely and drivers were helpful.

wish you would reinstate bag check for Delta - that was my favorite perk and
eliminated the hefting of bags on and off of shuttle van AND waiting in
checkin line at airport - please bring it back!!!

Perfect execution every time

Easy in and out! Great drivers!

Have used PNF Plus for the past 10 years. The process is easy as we drop off and pick up the car and our dogs within minutes. We typically self park, however we recently valet-parked, and because of a previous bad experience with overnight valet, we don’t like leaving my keys with anyone overnight. We were relieved that all was well when we returned and will continue using PNF Plus when we flight out.

Friendly drivers and quick service.

I can schedule in line. When I arrive I have never had to wait for a shuttle.
When I return I have never had to wait very long for a shuttle at the airport.

I returned a day early though and I thought I would get a refund for that one day or if not a free day in my account. Please advise.

We feel safe (and free of snow!) with vehicles at your covered facility. Drivers are usually very helpful if assistance is needed. Sometimes not, there's always one that isn't up to your standards, but unless it happens consistently, that doesn't affect our overall opinion.

The drivers were friendly. I like the fact that they dropped you right off at your car when you come back. Felt safe with my car being there while I was in New York. You didn't have to wait for the drivers at the airport because they were very fast. Using Park 'N Fly made our trip much less stressful. Plus, I accidentally deleted the message with my scan code. Even with that, there was no hassle when exiting.
