Best customer service ever!
The after-midnight shuttle text service, and free car wash amenities are absolute great touches and what makes Park N Fly my recommendation to friends. My two suggestions would be to make more obvious the signage to each rows, as well as making it more aware to the customer on their retrieval card where and what number their car row/spot number combination is. Lastly, there is a mismatch of the terminology used between the text message directions and the signage at IAH to communicate the "Off-Airport Parking" area. IAH is no longer utilizing Off Airport Parking within Terminal A arrivals area.

The shuttle is waiting for you as soon as you park your car. The driver puts your bags on the bus and helps handicap people onto the bus. Once you get to the airport they take your bags off and help you off the bus.

This last trip my flight was cancelled, and I was hoping to get a refund. But the drive who took me...picked me up! And not only did he remember me, but he drove right to me truck! Great guy and I tipped him nicely as it was Christmas!
