You have the most efficient and quick parking service we have ever used. This last time we got extra help from a Ms. Jones at the exit booth - I was stressing about getting logged out of my Park N Fly app and not being able to remember my password so I could bring up the code to check out - and she told me how she can look it all up and she calmed us down and completed out check out with kindness and good humor. We were very grateful.

Website is user friendly and convenient for online reservations, however, we had reserved two covered spots for our ten day December vacation. Upon arrival to your facility for our departure, we found that there were no covered spots available. We had no choice but to park in the open lot. Since we were traveling during the month of December in a cold and snowy climate, we had paid the extra covered parking fee to avoid returning to unprotected and snow covered vehicles. Unfortunately, there had been a storm prior to our departure and a storm while we were vacationing which resulted in locating a cleared parking spot prior to our departure and snow covered vehicle upon our return. This resulted in an additional inconvenience since a call had to be made to your customer service department to request an adjustment. The specialist I spoke to immediately understood my request and assured me that an adjustment would be made and to monitor my credit card. The last two steps were an inconvenience that I wish could have been avoided.
