Convenience, the shuttle has always been there when I got out of my car. The drivers are so nice, book online with no problem, they take you back to your vehicle.

I like the location, the convenience, and the people. To improve, you need to start back servicing the international terminal.

I would 100% recommend park and fly, you were able to book a reservation online. When we arrived at the facility to park our vehicle The QR code on the reservation did not work so we had to take a ticket but when we were exiting the facility the cashier was able to take our reservation and use it instead of having to pay for it twice. The buses picked you up at your vehicle and dropped you off and we did not have to wait for a ride at all.

I like the quick and easy online reservation. I was able to check in and out quickly using my phone. The shuttle comes quickly. It was raining hard Sunday night and the first shuttle I was in line to board filled up before I could get on but the driver said another shuttle would be coming soon.....and it actually did. So many times you just heard the driver say that and you are left waiting for a while. The price is reasonable.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The transportation is always running and reliable.
