Helpful van drivers, polite and courteous and helpful people at the gate as well. Close to airport but that’s not main factor. I like the security of the lot. However, you seem to have changed your app. It’s not as user friendly as it was and I can’t figure out how to use accumulated points.

Fast service to get to and from Airport (MIA). Although the driver said were to go, did not remember and AA service person wandered all over outside airport trying to find pickup point. Would help to give card with pickup location with ticket.
Main Restroom on left side of building was locked. Women's restroom was not clean, no toilet paper in handicap stall and door stuck on the other one.
Overall mostly satisfied.

Really emjoyed service and interaction with drivers, but sometimes, pickuo times are a bite too long

Both drivers (pick up to the airport and return to the lot) were exceptional. Both went out of their way to actually help customers unload their cars and carry their luggage to the van in icy surface conditions.
