Customer Testimonials
pick-up at vehicle is very nice. drivers are friendly. helpful with bags.
Generally, the vans have been right there to pick us up, courteous drivers and an easy service to use.
Prompt, helpful drivers; great proximity to airport
The staff was super friendly. Help us park our truck in a tight parking spot. Picked us up at our row and dropped us off at our row. Highly recommend
I like that the shuttles are running more frequently. It appears as though staffing has gotten better. I still wish that shuttles would drop off curbside in lane 1 while continuing to pick up in lane 3 so that customers are not having to wait for passengers to exit before getting on.
Easy, reliable!
Everyone is very helpful and just makes traveling a breeze. I have really only had problems with the pick up from the airport as this can some tomes take a very long time and there is no real system. I will "request a pick-up" get notified that they are on their way and then when they get there a bunch of other people try and get on as well. They should pick up by names request first and then fill in extra seats after.
Friendly and Efficient!
Easy online booking and frequent shuttle
Speedy pickup at both ends of the trip
On time
Always prompt, on time and very, very helpful!

It was great! My trip went really smooth. Thank you!
Ease of parking. Staff is very efficient and friendly.
Easy in, easy out parking.
Usually they take of me, and take care of my car. My wife traveled last and needed a jump and had a bad experience. She however went back to voice her concerns to the Manager.

How timely your are & how wonderful that you pick us up at our vehicle and drop us off at it. I was so impressed that they even offered us a bottle of water for on our drive home.
Great drives
Convenient and timely does not take long to get to the airport the drivers are always helpful and friendly and help get my heavy bags on and off the shuttle
I had some issues with my reservation receipt/email. The man at the counter was super helpful and took excellent care of me. He found us a spot and explained everything and gave us directions on how to exit without issue.
I had issues upon our return as well. Misplaced our "ticket" to get out and a different man helped us with that.
The driver of the shuttle was also very efficient, helpful, and friendly.
Definitely will use this service again.
Thank you.
I have been using your services for years and I think that your lot is convenient, your buses prompt and overall a good value for the money.
