Customer Testimonials

fast, convenient, friendly

Your staff at the Cleveland airport is very friendly. Unfortunately when we returned to our vehicle, we had a dead battery. They were able to help us start our car within 10 minutes.

A man named rinh picked us up. He was so pleasant and my husband does not get around well ...He helped him off the bus, made sure he was steady and while I got him in the car he brought my stuff over and helped me. I greatly appreciated his help and his smiling face....

Speed of getting to airport to begin a trip

It is in a convenient location for us when we are headed to the airport.

Quick, efficient, and friendly workers

I love your service. I find myself flying more and more. I used to inconvenience a family member
or friend to take me to the airport and pick me up, which we all know is a pain in the butt. After finding out how convenient and friendly your service is, I no longer hesitate in driving my own car and parking it. I have already told my other friends and co-workers about you and they now are using your service too.

Friendly drivers. Frequent shuttles.

The service the employees give in helping with our luggage and the pleasure of having a safe place to leave our car.

I enjoy being able to drive my own car and arrive and leave whenever I want . Park N Fly allows me that convenience. It has been my experience that there is no waiting time between arrival and shuttle pick up on both ends of the journey. I have no criticism only compliments after two round trip journeys using Park N Fly airport shuttle service.

The drivers are always friendly, helpful (with bags) and super courteous.

The shuttle drivers were so kind and helpful. The entire process was so easy to go through.
