The staff is the best thing about the SFO Park’n’Fly. They clearly tell you where to park in the lot; pickup for transfer to the airport is immediate, and upon return, the wait for pickup is never more than 25 minutes. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very easy to use this service. The attendants are all very kind and well spoken. The shuttles are always on point with my timeline. I do enjoy the simplicity of it all, and of course the $price point.

Easy to get in and out. Always have my car ready when I arrive back on the shuttle. My only complaint is sometimes the shuttles can be slow to arrive.
Overall a great experience for the price and how easy the service is. For cheaper rates than anyone else the shuttle is always on time, and I always take a water bottle or coffee with me from the lobby. The shuttle drivers and staff in general are very nice. Recently had Anna as a driver on my return trip and I felt bad I hadn’t had any cash on me after all my traveling, but she was very kind and understood being a college kid and all. 3rd time I’ve used ParknFly but the majority of my family uses it as well.

Super easy to use and the pick up drop off was quick
We forgot my daughter's diaper bag when we got to the airport, and the driver was back with it within 15 minutes so we could check in while he got it. Arriving back after our trip and having our car ready as we pulled up made it so easy with it being late at night with three, young kids in tow. We will definitely use this again and will recommend it to others.

When I can back from my trip I found my vehicle with a dead battery. There was a gentleman (Filipino) driving a golf cart who was very professional and offer to help with no hesitation. I was very impressed because I was already expected to sit there for a couple of hours to wait for AAA for a jump, but this attendant went to get a battery jumper and I was out of there within minutes. He came hooked the battery got it to work and left, I didn't even get a chance to thank him or tip him.
However, if this place is taking care of its customers like this with no hesitation; I will highly recommend them because my car was secured, untampered with, and untouched upon my return. well, you have my devoted business.
There was no waiting or delay at all. Dropped off my my car and had a bus waiting to take me to the airport.
