Park N' Fly has the nicest people who work there from the people in the booth to the drivers. I have parked here for 20 years and, as a woman who travels alone, it is great to be picked up by the bus at my car where the driver takes my suitcase from the back of my car, drops me off at the airport and brings the suitcase out of the bus. On the return, they load the suitcase in the bus and when I am dropped off at my car, load it into the back of my car.
On my most recent trip, the weather was snowing and cold and Donald, the bus driver had me stay in the bus while he got out and cleaned off my car. Best service ever and I tell everyone who travels from Midway, this is the only place to park!

Excellent Service. I was worried when a great company joined in with Park NFly. Car was ready, warming up, not scratched, and the key was there. Previous PNF was not that way.
Friendly service, pleasant, talkative and smiles from the people. Helpful in loading and unloading I recommend as long as Executive Travel still dominates with their service.

I really like the simplicity of entering and exiting the facility. I also liked how quick the shuttle bus came to our car to take us to the air port, and how quick the shuttle bus arrived at the air port to take us back. It was a cold day in Chicago when we came home and it was nice not to have to wait too long for the bus.

i like the convenience and proximity to the airport but perhaps a few more shuttles in service would be really nice.

The addition of the valet service at such a reasonable cost is invaluable when arriving from late night flights with the family. Nothing is better than having the car already there an ready to go when we arrive on the shuttle. Also, I will say that not only are the staff friendly, courteous and helpful, but they are quick to go above and beyond when needed. For example, this summer when my daughter left her identification in her car while we were in Las Vegas your staff brought the car to my parents so they could retrieve same and forward overnight to our hotel. This was critical as the trip was a long planned celebration on her 21st birthday with myself, three of her sorority sisters, my wife (her mother) and here maternal grandparents at Caesars. On this last trip departing on Friday I forgot my backpack with my iPad and other trip essentials for my youngest daughter's audition at the Manhattan School of Music in NYC. Our driver was graciously quick to take us immediately back to the lot and called ahead to make sure our vehicle was there and waiting. This level of service is why I have always used your services when flying out of Atlanta. There may be others, but they are not rivals -- just pretenders.
