Fast, convenient, available. Shuttle service was the main reason I chose park n fly. Also had the best price in the area when reserving and paying in advance.

I like the ease of the use of the app and the affordable payment. Also the shuttle drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I do have one comment however. I have used Park 'N Fly many times and there are often places where someone has parked poorly where they are taking up two spots. Last week I had covered parking and drove around looking for a spot and finally found one but the car next to me had parked poorly and had both tires over the line in the spot I was trying to park in. I managed to get my car in the spot but when I returned a week later there was damage on my passenger door. There was a new car beside mine and that person had parked correctly. The damage to my door undoubtably came from the prior person who poorly parked and opened their driver's door and hit my car. Can you advise your shuttle drivers to check the parking and instruct individuals to park correctly before they can enter the shuttle? This is perhaps the only way to prevent poor parking.

Available parking based on my reservation, though limited. Always very friendly drivers. I did find out from other customers though that making a reservation prior to arriving on the lot does not guarantee you a parking spot once you arrive. That needs to change.

Affordable and convenient.

It was our first time parking here so I didn’t realize when we pulled up we had to scan our QR and just went forward to the person in the booth. Well the very nice lady came out in the rain to take my phone and scan it for us. She instructed us where to park and a shuttle soon meet us. The guy driving the shuttle started helping load our luggage right away which was also very nice.

We had the same pleasant experience while getting dropped back off at our truck with the shuttle driver helping us unload
