Everything! Booking parking online is super fast and easy! The customer service at the Park n Fly in Hartford is the best! Everyone is very friendly and professional and helpful. I enjoy talking with them when I go to the airport. I can't rate you higher. Thank you!

What do you like about our services?

I appreciate the friendly staff and drivers. The system is pretty easy. I have struggled this year because the MSP location has been full and hard to get covered parking if not booked a few weeks out. Also, tight spots outside and lots of snow to deal with. Hoping things are better after the spring break rush is over and snow is melted!

Parking was convenient. All the workers were friendly and professional. The bus to the terminal picked us up at our vehicle at the beginning of our journey, and delivered us to our car at the end of our journey. Parking fees were prepaid, and exiting the facility was effortless

Staff were polite and helpful. We did covered parking which was great -- no snow to shovel and it was 15 degrees warmer than the real outdoor temperatures!
