Service is always great! We reserved and paid online. Drive in. The van follows you, picks up your luggage, and off you go!
Pick is simple. Text from the airport and they are there to get you. Drop off right at your car! Perfect!

The driver always assists with the luggage which is a big help. Also, they have vehicles running on a regular basis so you don't have to wait long when you pick up your luggage at the airport.

Easy in and out. Good employee group, motivated and attentive. Dolphin lot is 25/day now and often hard to find a spot. Make a reservation and relax here at PNF.

I like how the attendant tells you what row to park in to conveniently get the shuttle and how they give you a card with your parking space.

The personnel is very friendly and the service is excellent, not to mention the great price with my AAA discount. Patrick F., who picked me up at the airport at 10:30 pm on Feb. 16, was professional and provided wonderful service. They're my favorite location for parking at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut.

What do you like about our services?

The overall convenience was superb. Reservation could be booked online, the van being available promptly when I was departing and arriving at the Miami Airport, the assistance of the driver with my luggage. Definitely will use for future trips out of Miami.

The drivers are friendly and helpful. The text to pick up is an easy and effective way to communicate need for shuttle ride. The drivers do a good job of getting you to and from the airport in a timely fashion.

Super easy to get in and out of the lot. Easy to find the exit at Midway airport to get to the shuttle. Drivers were very nice and accommodating.
