When we came back from our trip there was a long line of people waiting for the bus to take us to our cars. Park n fly sent three buses one after another which made the wait shorter, thanks for that.

By using your service, I don't have to ask anyone for a ride. Then I do not owe anyone a favor. Benefit of leaving to go home in my own car in case I want to stop and pick something up on the way home which does not work so well with Lyft or Uber.

Great service, very quick pickup both lot and airport. Staff very friendly and always load luggage.

Very friendly and welcoming drivers . I want to specifically mention 2 drivers in the midway location, Axle and First name removed , these guys always are welcoming and helpful with my bags. Also, this location doesn’t keep me waiting.

Everyone was helping and very professional from the drop of, to the ride, to pickup.

You picked us up quickly after midnight when our flight arrived late. Thank you!

Your service made my travel alot easier

Quick drop off and pick up. Vehicle was warm and ready to go.

We like that the shuttle pick up are easily found and many show up so we can get it easily. Drivers are always helpful. We like that they take you to your car and help you off. Easy in and out with the app.

I love your on-line rewards frequent parker program and your drivers.

Your buses are prompt and personnel are very nice/helpful

How simple it is to park and a shuttle is right there to pick up you up and get you to the airport.

Easy

Friendly employees! Great service!

More shuttles, we’ll lit parking lot

i like the fact that once i park my car i am picked up quickly. However i do not like having to go to the covered lot before we go to the airport. On my last trip we stayed quite awhile picking up people int the covered lot and a lot of us were starting to get concerned about the time. Even the first person picked up in the covered lot was very concerned.

All was good on this visit

Quick and polite

Easy peasey

Excellent.

I wish I had written the name of the last driver to give him credit because he was the best ever, and I have been using PnF for many years. Extremely professional, personable, friendly. You could not ask for more.

Customer service and parking options

It was easy to digitally make the reservation. The driver was fun, amazing and so helpful. I also appreciate that Park N Fly has teamed up with Truist to offer a discount for using your service.
