Great service overall. My first time using Park 'N Fly since moving to the Atlanta area in 2020. I will be using this service every time I fly.
Both drivers were friendly, informative. Helped me load and in load my luggage. For pickup they were at my spot before I got out of the car. Driver told me where to meet when I returned. The driver on the return Patricia G shuttle 333 was fantastic! She was waiting when I exited the terminal. Had a short drive to the lot. Waited for me to start my car. It did not start. She went and got a battery charger and within seconds the car started. She stayed with me until it was sufficiently charged. No cost. Very pleasant experience. I recommend them and will keep using them from now on.
